Kate Hill 2014 Pinot Noir $36
This wine was crafted by Kate Hill, using premium quality fruit sourced from the Derwent and Coal River Valleys. It is a generously flavoured and elegantly structured Pinot Noir, and reflects the full potential of Tasmania’s cool climate fruit. It has an inviting plum and cherry nose, which delivers a rich and mellow mid-palate. The finish is balanced with subtle tannins, a hint of French oak and attractive spice flavours.
Pressing Matters 2014 Pinot Noir $65
This wine is one of our personal favourites. It is from the sub region of Tea Tree, in southern Tasmania’s Coal River Valley. The wine is a rich and powerful Pinot Noir, reflective of the low yielding 2014 vintage. We have been tasting and assessing this wine over the last twelve months, and we absolutely love it. I’m sure you will too.
